Before your first class

  • Wear fitted activewear so your instructor can see your alignment
  • Bring grip socks (available at the studio if you forget)
  • Avoid a heavy meal in the hour before class
  • Arrive 10 minutes early to complete a short health form

Health and safety questions

If you are pregnant, recently had surgery, have a disc issue or a cardiac condition, tell us before you sign up. In many cases training is still suitable, but it should start as a private session so the programme can be adapted.

Can a complete beginner do reformer Pilates?

Yes. Classes are capped at five students so your instructor walks you through every movement from the first session.

I have back pain — should I train?

Many members come to Pilates precisely because of back pain. Tell us about it beforehand so the sequence can be adapted, or start with a private 1:1.

How soon will I see results?

Training two to three times a week, most students notice posture and core changes after 8–12 sessions.

How much does a class cost?

Group 1:5 from 250.000₫, duet 1:2 from 420.000₫ and private 1:1 from 650.000₫ per session, with better rates on packages.

Where is the studio?

Move Pilates & Barre is at TM 37-08, Hacom Mall, Tran Quang Dieu Street, Phan Rang – Thap Cham, Ninh Thuan.

Do instructors speak English?

Yes — classes can be taught in both Vietnamese and English.

Are there lockers and a changing area?

Yes — lockers, a changing area and filtered water are available at TM 37-08, Hacom Mall.

Do I need to bring my own mat or equipment?

No. Reformers, mats, light weights and props are all provided; just bring grip socks and water.
